We have for many years been involved in sales of land and other real estate property including housing units and development projects, leases, tenancy agreements and disputes arising therefrom.ย
We have also acted for various financial institutions for purposes of security documentation, we have crafted joint venture agreements involving property owners and developers and also structured commercial documentation including loan documentation for investors outside Kenya amongst others.
Our firm has for many years now been engaged in drawing up of commercial leases and dealing with companies managing commercial buildings, handling landlord and tenant disputes in respect of such leases including instructing auctioneers to levy distress for rent and generally advising owners of such buildings.
