Biography

In 1982, Harit Amrital Sheth successfully completed his solicitor training and graduated from the United Kingdom. The following year, he returned to Kenya after a brief period of practice in the UK. In 1984, Harit Sheth was admitted to the Kenyan bar and embarked on his professional journey by working with various local law firms, gaining valuable experience in the process.

In 1986, under the mentorship of his uncle, Advocate Nanalal P. Sheth, Harit Sheth established his own law firm and subsequently took over his uncle’s practice. He initially focused on litigation, specializing in Commercial and Company Law Litigation. Over time, he developed expertise in commercial documentation, guided by Advocate Nanalal P. Sheth.

Harit Sheth is also recognized as a fellow of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, further highlighting his dedication to the field. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Sheth’s primary areas of expertise lie in Commercial Litigation, Conveyancing, Family Law, and Corporate and Commercial Law.
